It’s been nearly 20 years since Susan Boyle took the world by storm when she delivered a jaw-dropping audition of I Dreamed a Dream on Britain’s Got Talent.

Now, the newly minted 65-year-old is unveiling a dazzling new look that leaves everyone astonished.

Suffered a stroke in 2022

It’s hard to believe it’s been 17 years since Susan Boyle stunned the world with her unforgettable audition of I Dreamed a Dream on Britain’s Got Talent.

Now 65, the Scottish singing sensation seems to be aging in reverse, leaving fans in awe of her youthful glow and dazzling new look.

Since her act on BGT in 2008, Susan Boyle has sold over 25 million records worldwide.

After a pandemic hiatus and a stroke in 2022 that left her unable to speak or sing properly, she’s gearing up for a comeback. “I was working so hard to be able to return to the stage,” she wrote on Facebook in 2023.

Her latest Instagram post features a chic blonde bob and a football shirt created in support of Street Soccer Scotland. She wrote:

“I’m so proud to support the wonderful charity, Street Soccer Scotland. I’ve absolutely loved getting my hands on this beautiful limited edition Street Soccer Scotland x Timorous Beasties football shirt. Every shirt sold helps give people experiencing homelessness hope and the chance to create positive change through football. We’re all on the same team.”

And the reactions came fast — fans are already comparing her to Benjamin Button.

“OMG, are you Benjamin Button? Looking so youthful and really pretty in your cute tee,” one wrote after seeing her latest Instagram post. Another added, “Wow! You look fabulous. Keep up the good work, and sing. I have always enjoyed your singing. Absolutely beautiful.”

Even after such a dramatic stroke, her fans can hardly believe her transformation.

One fan recalled, “I remember watching you 17 years ago and my God, you were absolutely amazing. And here you are today. You look fabulous.”

Fans will also get to see her perform with the Celtic rock band Red Hot Chili Pipers at a festival in Scotland later this year — yes, bagpipes included.

It was also the reason Susan returned to the studio for the first time in six years, saying:

“Today was wonderful, emotional, and everything in between. I made my return to the recording studio for the first time in six years, something I was told I might never achieve again. But here we are, in my happy place! I want to thank my manager, Geraldine, for being my absolute rock through everything and for helping me get back to where I belong. A million thanks.”

Despite her global fame, Susan has always stayed grounded.

She still lives in her longtime council estate neighborhood in Blackburn, Scotland, a small community of just under 6,000 people. There, she enjoys the simple pleasures: plush lunches with friends, trips to her local charity cafe for tea, toast, and scrambled eggs, and the company of her two cats.
